If you want someone to look after your website ongoing changes, security, maintenance and backups and give you the peace of mind your business deserve, then the “Care Plan – Maintain” is sufficient for you.

If you also want to have a CRM to manage your leads, email campaigns, automations, sales pipeline, social media planner, then the second plan “Care Plan – Grow” is recommended.

Keeping your website up to date, backed up and secure can be time consuming and a little tedious. You could surely Google and try learn how to look after everything but you have a business to run at the end of the day. 

You most likely also don’t have the technical skills to perform the updates, backups, and restores necessary to keep everything running smoothly. The technology continues to evolve daily and there is no way you can keep ahead of all the trends and developments.

The whole purpose of our care plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything bad from happening. However, in the unfortunate event your website does get compromised or hacked, we have the ways to be able to help you when you have a care plan in place. We cannot 100% promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it. 

We will even restore your website to the last working version at no extra cost as part of our Site Recovery Process.

Our support plans are fully designed for websites that we have designed. We can also take you on if your website got designed by someone else, but it will first require a security audit at one-time fee of $250 to make sure everything is ok with your website before we start looking after it. Then we can get you signup to our regular care plans given above.
