For us to take up any project there are 7 conditions we require our clients to fulfill to work with us:

You Need To Be Goal-Oriented

We’re not saying you need to have everything figured out and be making millions every year. But if you don’t have clear goals for your project, or you’re not prepared to work with us to define them, it’s very hard for us to serve you.

If you haven’t done so already, be prepared to peel back the onion and come up with some specific goals.

You Need To Know Your Audience

If your business doesn’t already have a specific client avatar, you need to be prepared to work with us to clearly define who your target audience is and how to best communicate with them.

Defining your audience is a major key factor in your website design, lead generation, or any sort of marketing campaign.

You Need To Have Passion

By passion, we do not mean jumping out of planes or swim the ocean with sharks, but we only work with clients that are really excited about their business. We bring joy and energy to every project and we also look for clients who have a great amount of passion for their business.

You Need To Have Budget

We do not cut corners or build crappy projects. It does not mean you have to sell your house or only live on salad for 2 years to pay for your project, but you need to have some budget and treat this as an investment in order to get a positive return.

You Need To Follow Our Process

In general, we don’t start working with clients who have a different idea of how to execute their project even if we know it’s not going to work.

We follow a proven process that we have been refining for years and it totally works. Yes, we’re open to ideas and suggestions, but you should trust in our process.

You Need To Have Time

If you want something to be done fast in the next week or two, we can’t help you.  We don’t have a magic wand that we can wave over and quickly get your project delivered next week.

It takes time for us to develop something great that can deliver you results. If you are not looking for just a quick fix, you’re in the right place.

You Need To Collaborate

We know you’re busy running your business, managing your team, and serving your customers. But if you want to make this project successful, then we want you to provide your information and regular feedback throughout the project when it is needed.

We’re not experts on your business, and that’s why you need to collaborate with us. Our job is to make your business succeed and we want you to be present as a partner in this process.

Why We Work This Way?

Here is the thing – we’ve had our most successful projects with clients who fulfilled all the above conditions.

And the projects that didn’t end well or never saw the daylight were those where the clients didn’t match all these conditions or missed any one of them. To be honest, we didn’t enjoy working on those projects either.
